Terms of Use

Last updated: 14 June 2026

These Terms govern your access to and use of the Tasknull website, documentation, command-line tools, smart contracts, and the $TNULL token (together, the “Services”). By using the Services you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

1. Experimental software, provided “as is”

Tasknull is experimental, early-stage software offered on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. The protocol may contain bugs, may change, or may stop working at any time.

2. No financial or legal advice

Nothing on the Services is financial, investment, legal, tax, or accounting advice, nor a solicitation to buy or sell any asset. $TNULL is intended as a utility token for funding and rewarding bounties. Digital assets are highly volatile and you may lose the entire value of your funds. You are solely responsible for your decisions.

3. Eligibility & your responsibility

4. On-chain transactions are final

Blockchain transactions are irreversible. Once submitted, a transaction cannot be cancelled or refunded by us. Network fees, congestion, and third-party infrastructure are outside our control.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Services to break the law, infringe others’ rights, launder funds, finance illicit activity, or attack, overload, or reverse the privacy of other users. Bounties and submissions must not contain unlawful content.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Tasknull contributors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, or for any loss of profits, funds, data, or goodwill arising from your use of the Services.

7. Changes

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
